  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Some bundled products can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive due to the nature of bundling products and production.  Multiple shipments are usually made with bundled products.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping delivery times generally range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout where applicable.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and order size.
  • Promotional free or discounted shipping offers may apply during special sales or events.

Shipping Coverage

  • We ship to domestic and select international destinations.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities.

Packaging

  • All Makermade 3-Pack Router Bits are securely packaged to protect cutting edges and prevent damage during transit.
  • We take extra care to ensure your tools arrive in ready-to-use condition.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
  • Provide your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can assist you promptly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
  • Makermade is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
