Experience was very good. Zoom with Xavier went well. I am hard of hearing and do not understand everything. Xavier was very patient in dealing with me. took the time needed for solving issues. Will work on calibration next.

We were having trouble getting motors to respond. Had system working then one day …nothing. Literally tried everything we could think of with no luck. Talked to Xavier several times over the last couple of months. He was very helpful and finally recommended a zoom call so he could check our computer. Throughout all the computer glitches and unintentional disconnections, Xavier was patient and intent on getting us up and running. He walked us through a few things and BANG we heard the sweet sound of the motor hummm. Thank you Xavier for all of your help, we couldn’t have done it without you! You are an answer to a prayer.

Very easy to use...software doesn't work correctly on a mac, so go PC.

Opened a ticket and had a Zoom call with support and they walked me through every step and had my machine calibrated in about two hours (mostly because I asked so many questions to make sure that i understood the reasons for each item). They were really awesome with everything, getting me up and cutting. Thanks so much for the hhand holding!

This is a great machine for large format “2.5 D “ work with plywood and 3/4” stock Tech support was fantastic when I had a calibration issue

The decision to purchase our MakerMade M2 CNC Kit for our Men's Shed was made with the expectation that adding such a tool would create new opportunities for our woodworking members to develop additional skills. The building of the frame allowed a number of our members to come to terms with the concept of what cnc routing was all about. Since our unit has been completed, the group has become engaged with the opportunities that cnc routing is able to offer both for our projects and for those of the broader community.

Fortunately I posted on the Facebook owners group and asked if there was someone that could help us. Xavier responded almost immediately and suggested we log a support ticket and the very next morning we were on a Zoom call with Xavier and were doing the calibration and trouble shooting in real time. This was such a help in understanding how the system needs to operate. Long story short, Xavier spent 5 hours on the Zoom call, and we now have a full operational M2 and we are blown away with the accuracy. For anyone struggling to setup the M2, I strongly recommend logging a support ticket and getting a helping hand from Xavier.

At first im having trouble with the controls and cut accuracy, but not until your support suggested to install the Arduino drivers, since then im having a blast using this for my business. People you need to install the Driver so you could use this machine properly!

I just finished building mine with the XL frame and did my first cut which came out very good, really impressed with the accuracy. Aside from my lack of cnc knowledge it was pretty easy and I even customized the frame a bit to make it fold against the wall. You're going to want to get the digital calipers for sure, don't try to use a tape measure to calibrate it.
